We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Consultant (Finance) to join our team at our Kolhapur office. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of IND-AS (Indian Accounting Standards) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). As an Associate Consultant, you will work closely with our finance team, supporting various financial projects, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting in client engagements.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Day-to-day accounting activities and month-end closing processes
- Financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to accounting and finance
- Assist in client engagements, providing financial consulting and advisory services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various financial projects and initiatives.
Must Have
- Recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Thorough understanding of IND-AS and IFRS
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Odoo application
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience in Product Costing
- Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI
