Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru is for an Associate Consultant, Finance. The individual will contribute to our Consulting, Advisory, and Entrepreneurial Learning engagements. Responsibilities include performing FP&A, developing financial strategies, reviewing financial performance, and conducting detailed analysis to support decision-making. This is a client-facing role, and the Associate Consultant would support and contribute to the Client Success Director/Manager for specific clients.

Professional Profile

• Entrepreneurial and deferred gratification mindset.
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis & Reporting, Cash Flow Management, and Data-Driven Decision Making; Enjoy problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Strong skills and experience in Zoho Books, Analytics, Zia Agents, CRM, and other Zoho products. and their Developer Platform tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Commerce, or engineering/computer science with high academic achievement, and a deep interest in a career in the finance domain.
• Strong attention to detail, diligence, and the ability to work effectively within tight deadlines.

Nice to have (Advantage)

• A few years of industry experience in a Zoho Partner organization, or a power user of Zoho products, or Strategy and Management Consulting in the area of Finance.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills
• Expert-level skills with MS Excel knowledge
• A professional qualification, or working towards it (aspiration to enhance qualifications to a professional level, such as CFA, ACCA, CA, or MBA (Finance),
