Roles and Responsibilities:
Deploy and integrateenterprise security solutions, including web application security, bot defense, and API protection.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers on web security best practices.
- Lead or assist in website analysis, configurations, testing, debugging, documentation, and go-live support.
- Identify technical risksand provide mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Contribute to the development of standardized processes and best practices.
- Document key findings, configurations, and solutionsfor internal knowledge sharing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Information Systems, Networks, or a related field, OR equivalent industry experience.
- 3+ yearsof experience in system integration, cybersecurity, customer support, or cloud networking.
- Solid understanding of web technologies(TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
- Experience with cloud platforms(AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of CDNs, application delivery controllers, load balancers, and Web Application Firewalls (WAFs).
- Familiarity with security audits and regulatory requirements, particularly for banks and financial institutions.
- Experience in cloud security and multi-cloud networking.
- Exposure to containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Basic scripting or automation skills ( Python, Terraform).
