- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial ratios
- Advanced knowledge of debt and equity markets related to financial modelling and debt covenants
- Strong business writing skills
- Good understanding of capital markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
- Command in using research databases such as Moody's, Loan Connector, Debtwire, Eikon, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters among others
Responsibilities
- Prepare debt maturity profiles and briefing notes
- Prepare debt and equity markets newsletters
- Identify potential debt clients for business development purpose
- Structure and prepare pitch books
- Structure and prepare sections of lenders presentation
- Assist on sell-side lenders education process
- Prepare financial models from fund-raising or debt covenants perspective

Qualifications
CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management)
