Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using IBM DataStage.
Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
Optimize and tune ETL jobs for performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve ETL process issues and data discrepancies.
Perform data quality assessments and implement data cleansing solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing ETL workflows and processes.
Document ETL processes and maintain technical documentation.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to data architecture standards.
