Role Description

The Associate Consultant in Cardiac Anaesthesia will deliver specialized anesthetic care to patients undergoing cardiac surgeries and procedures, ensuring optimal care during perioperative and intensive care phases. Responsibilities include preoperative patient assessment, administration of anesthesia, intraoperative and postoperative monitoring, and assisting in pain management protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with surgeons, healthcare staff, and the broader medical team to ensure successful patient outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in delivering anesthesia for complex cardiac surgeries and related procedures.
  • Strong understanding of perioperative management and intensive care for cardiac patients.
  • Ability to interpret and manage hemodynamic and ventilation parameters effectively.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology with a fellowship in Cardiac Anaesthesia or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven clinical experience in cardiac anesthesia is highly desirable.
  • Commitment to patient safety, high-quality care, and continuous professional development.
