Responsibilities:

  • Understand the values and vision of the organization and align activities accordingly.
  • Protect Intellectual Property.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Be aware of functional benchmarking products, process definitions, and the use of tools and commands.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Hackett capabilities associated with primary and secondary benchmarking products.
  • Develop positive working relationships with Business Advisors and internal clients from the US, Europe, and Australia.
  • Work with other line functions to collect or provide relevant data.
  • Understand the delivery process and participate in client-related support services such as location structure development, login/password resets, and initial testing of customized tools.
  • Assist team members/clients in reviewing, refining, and articulating inquiries/requests and projects.
  • Prepare project-related materials and custom tools used in project delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver draft presentations for stakeholder surveys and process/functional benchmarking results.
  • Prepare and deliver benchmarking data validation materials.
  • Validate appropriate changes identified in the scrub letter made by the client in the database.
  • Create error-free structured end products such as presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Complete ad hoc knowledge-building and business development projects as necessary.
  • Perform tool testing and provide input into product development as requested.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in customer relationship management with strong verbal and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of quantitative/data analytics and research skills with exposure to primary and secondary research.
  • Organized and focused on delivering tasks within defined deadlines.
  • Dynamic, flexible, and possess perseverance skills.
