Assist team members/clients in reviewing, refining, and articulating inquiries/requests and projects.
Prepare project-related materials and custom tools used in project delivery.
Prepare and deliver draft presentations for stakeholder surveys and process/functional benchmarking results.
Prepare and deliver benchmarking data validation materials.
Validate appropriate changes identified in the scrub letter made by the client in the database.
Create error-free structured end products such as presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
Complete ad hoc knowledge-building and business development projects as necessary.
Perform tool testing and provide input into product development as requested.
