Roles and Responsibilities:
- Release & deployment coordination: Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking releases. Ensure pre-deployment checks, dependency readiness, and post-release validation.
- Delivery support & communication: Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders. Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and delivery issues.
- Project documentation & reporting: Maintain documentation across Confluence/SharePoint. Produce dashboards and status updates for governance and decision-making.
- Tooling & process enablement: Support the use of Jira/ADO for tracking work, sprint planning, and backlog management. Promote compliance with delivery processes, governance, and standards.
- CI/CD pipeline awareness: Work with DevOps teams to track pipeline progress and ensure readiness for deployments. No coding required, but awareness of build-test-deploy flow is expected.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for build and release management
- Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and release lifecycle (build, test, deploy)
- Experience in release coordination and deployment tracking
- Proficiency in using Jira for issue tracking, sprint planning, and backlog management
- Strong understanding of DevOps workflows and deployment processes
- Ability to track delivery progress, identify risks, and communicate blockers effectively
- Experience with status reporting, dashboards, and delivery metrics
- Familiarity with Confluence and/or SharePoint for documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work in Agile / Scrum environments
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to support delivery governance and compliance
Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
