Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Associate Consultant Architect based in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will act as our local representative to manage day-to-day project coordination and client interactions in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day project management and client interactions locally.

Oversee project execution and ensure seamless communication between clients and our main team.

Translate design requirements accurately and manage drafting tasks. Capable of and willing to thrive in a fast-paced environment and managing high-pressure, urgent deadlines.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Experience: Ideally 3 to 4 years of professional experience in handling architectural projects.

Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD and well-versed with local building bye-laws and regulations.

Soft Skills: presentable, articulate, and possessing strong communication skills for effective client handling.
