Deal Closure Support
- Support the opportunity closure process by working with sales and pre-sales teams from a commercial perspective, including proposals, approvals, and contract management
- Work closely with the sales team to support deal closures and achievement of targets
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to enable effective revenue management and faster deal-closure cycle times
Contract Management
- Support contract management processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the pipeline
- Work with account management and legal teams on contract negotiations with new and existing clients, ensuring favorable terms
- Facilitate the entire contract lifecycle, from proposal to renewal, ensuring compliance and profitability
Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Provide detailed analysis of commercial terms across contracts and statements of work
- Act as the custodian of all renewals and oversee contractual obligations
- Further develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets
Financial Management
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate across teams on budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability
What You'll Bring
- Experience in commercial management within a B2B (Product, SaaS, PaaS) environment, preferably with US, UK, and EU clients
- Proven track record of driving commercial success, including demonstrated experience in negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of legal and contractual clauses, and deep knowledge of Product, SaaS, and PaaS business models
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and business intelligence tools, including MS Office
- Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills
- Master's degree in business, Management, Commerce, or a related field
