Summary
As an office 365 support engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients who use Microsoft Office 365 products and services. You will work with a team of experts to resolve complex issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high-quality standards. You will also have the opportunity to learn new skills, grow your career, and enjoy a flexible and supportive work environment.
Primary Skill set : Teams Administration, support and troubleshooting.
Secondary Skill set : SharePoint online, One Drive and Viva Engage support and troubleshooting.
Good to Have : Power apps and Power automate flows development and support.
