Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Support Executive to manage tenant inquiries and assist in the timely resolution of violations for US-based clients. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process violation accurately
  • Respond to tenant queries
  • Review and assist in violation resolution
  • Coordinate with internal reviewers and supervisors
  • Maintain proper documentation and file organization
  • Support month-end and reporting activities as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Qualification: Graduation or equivalent
  • Experience: 0–2 years in client support, customer service, or similar role
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet daily deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to property management processes
  • Experience in handling customer queries and case resolution workflows
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Yardi or similar
  • Prior experience working with US clients

Work Expectations

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work in US time zones
  • Comfortable working in a process-driven environment
