Overview Of The Associate, Client Integrations

The Associate role is an entry-level to early-career position designed to support day-to-day operations and assigned projects through a combination of transactional and tactical responsibilities. This role provides a strong foundation for individuals beginning their professional career, offering exposure to core business processes while working under direct supervision.

The Associate is primarily responsible for completing assigned daily tasks and supporting small and/or non-complex clients or projects. The role focuses heavily on transactional work (approximately 80%), with additional involvement in tactical activities (approximately 20%) that contribute to medium- and long-term initiatives. Associates work closely with their immediate team and report to a manager or senior team member, gaining hands-on experience, skill development, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

This role requires regular collaboration with U.S.-based teams. As such, the employee is expected to work aligned to U.S. Central Time business hours, which may require non‑standard working hours in India, based on business needs.

Duties And Responsibilities Of The Associate, Client Integrations

  • Complete assigned daily transactional tasks accurately, consistently, and on time
  • Execute routine operational activities in accordance with established processes and guidelines
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail when processing tasks, reviewing data, and maintaining records
  • Support small and/or non-complex clients, tasks, or projects under direct supervision
  • Assist with medium and long-term tasks as directed by management
  • Contribute to assigned projects by completing defined components or deliverables
  • Maintain organized documentation, records, and supporting materials
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (including Excel, Word, and Outlook) to support daily tasks and reporting needs
  • Follow instructions and escalate questions or issues to appropriate team members
  • Participate in training and learning activities to build role-specific knowledge and skills

Skills And Experience Of The Associate, Client Integrations


  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Work United States business hours
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate, repeatable tasks
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to follow structured processes and detailed instructions
  • Basic time management and task prioritization skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under direct supervision in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Prior experience or exposure to Mutual Fund operations or the financial services industry
  • Availability for daily overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours
