Job Description

  • Manage client queries in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and our Fund Administrators
  • Utilize technology solutions, data & best practices to improve query mgmt. processes including response creation and coordination
  • Act as a first escalation point between the Fund Management and Fund Administrator
  • Work closely with other EQT teams, such as investment reporting and RFI, in the Bengaluru office
  • Perform analysis and take part in bringing the client journey into a digital environment and further enhancing the client experience
  • Implement new processes and procedures around the storage and sharing of knowledge both internally and with clients
  • Work with continuous improvements related to our processes and procedures

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Client Experience Operations should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
  • 4-7 years of relevant working experience within client service or relatable experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • An analytical and structural mindset, who has understanding of and passion for utilizing digital tools for analyzing data and creating dashboards that provide insights and trends.
  • Can-do and self-starter attitude with willingness to roll up their sleeves and deliver on recurring tasks and improvements
  • Experience of leading projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Experience working in an international environment within private equity or the financial services industry and experience handling Fund Administrators is considered a plus.
