Job Description

Manage client queries in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and our Fund Administrators
Utilize technology solutions, data & best practices to improve query mgmt. processes including response creation and coordination
Act as a first escalation point between the Fund Management and Fund Administrator
Work closely with other EQT teams, such as investment reporting and RFI, in the Bengaluru office
Perform analysis and take part in bringing the client journey into a digital environment and further enhancing the client experience
Implement new processes and procedures around the storage and sharing of knowledge both internally and with clients
Work with continuous improvements related to our processes and procedures

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Client Experience Operations should have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
4-7 years of relevant working experience within client service or relatable experience
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
An analytical and structural mindset, who has understanding of and passion for utilizing digital tools for analyzing data and creating dashboards that provide insights and trends.
Can-do and self-starter attitude with willingness to roll up their sleeves and deliver on recurring tasks and improvements
Experience of leading projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Experience working in an international environment within private equity or the financial services industry and experience handling Fund Administrators is considered a plus.
