Role Overview
The Associate Client Account Manager – AI Division will be responsible for managing client interactions, supporting account management activities, understanding business requirements, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, client management exposure, and a fundamental understanding of the AI ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements, project objectives, and business expectations.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Support account management activities to drive client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, client meetings, project discussions, and stakeholder interactions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and client communication documentation.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns while coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain a working understanding of AI solutions, business applications, market trends, and industry challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive client experience.
- Responsible for upsell and cross sell as well
Required Skills/Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in Client Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, Client Servicing, Business Development, business analyst or similar client-facing roles.
- Mandatory experience working with an AI-based Product or Service company.
- Strong exposure to Sales and/or Client Account Management functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong professional presentability.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, technologies, use cases, challenges, and industry landscape.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
