Job Description

Position: Associate Chapter Manager, CEO Clubs India 

Location: The person should be based out of Hyderabad, but the role will WFH

Required work experience: 2+ years

Salary Range: 4 to 6LPA

CEO CLUB is an Invitation-only, not-for-profit association of entrepreneurs and CEOs. It provides an enabling environment for new learning via knowledge sharing and experience and is committed to making a positive contribution to the enterprises represented by the members.

The CEO Clubs India chapter was launched in March 2008 in Hyderabad under the aegis of its parent organization CEO Clubs International, Inc. USA. Today, our chapters are in Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, New Delhi, Mumbai and Pune.  CEO Club's headquarter is in New York and Dr. Joseph Mancuso founded it in 1977. The club has over 16,000 active members in the USA and 170 in India

At the heart of the CEO CLUB, is the Inner Circle, which comprises 10-12 members (representing non-competing business interests) and meets once a month. Other Club activities include Knowledge and Leadership Series Events, Business Series Events, Social Series Events, Annual Inner-Circle and Family Retreats. It is believed that it's always lonely at the top and the CEO Clubs provide the members with a platform to have learning through sharing experiences, and bonding in an atmosphere of utmost confidentiality, trust, and respect.

Associate Chapter Manager – CEO Clubs India

The CEO Club is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong execution capabilities to support the Chapter Manager at the chapter level. The ideal candidate should be organized, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple tasks while assisting in driving initiatives and ensuring smooth chapter operations.

Roles and Responsibilities, but not limited to:
  • Support the Chapter Manager in ensuring the smooth functioning of chapter operations
  • Assist in maintaining continuity during leadership transitions at the chapter level
  • Coordinate and execute chapter activities such as Events, Member Directory, Newsletter, and Website updates
  • Support event planning, including logistics, vendor coordination, and budget tracking
  • Assist in implementing growth initiatives and member engagement strategies
  • Work closely with the Chapter Manager, National Manager and Chapter Chair to execute ongoing and new initiatives
  • Coordinate Chapter Council meetings, including scheduling, minutes, tracking action items, and follow-ups
  • Facilitate communication and sharing of best practices across chapters
  • Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, and encourage member participation
  • Engage with council chairs to assist in the execution and follow-through of initiatives
  • Coordinate with chapter executives, finance teams, and the National Secretariat for operational support
  • Provide support for national-level or cross-chapter initiatives as required
  • Report to Chapter Manager & National GM

Design & Marketing Support:

  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across social media and communication materials
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities for events and member engagement
  • Help create basic design assets using tools like Canva
Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and flexible attitude
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and other basic tools
  • 1–3 years of experience, preferably in coordination, operations, or working with senior stakeholders
  • Exposure to event coordination or stakeholder management is a plus
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
  • Fluency in English
