About The Role

Within Orange Wholesale International , the Customer Support Center provides after-sales service to international customers (Operators and GAFAM internet players). Joining us is an opportunity to work in an international and multicultural environment, with great exposure to international subsidiaries and customers, but also to work on one of the strategic axes of the Engage 2025 plan.

Main activities

  • Planned work and Change management on Orange Wholesale International Network.

We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for coordinating and managing Change requests on our backbone network. He will work with different actors around the world: Customers, Providers, Technical NOCs, and Partners. ¦ MAINS MISSIONSChange Management:

  • Follow the operations carried out on our network by ensuring the correct impacts calculation and customer notifications
  • Work closely with international partners to accept and qualify planned network changes on their network impacting Orange customers.
  • Represent our customers so that maintenance is carried out with contract compliance.¦ ACTIVITIES

Change Management Activity :

  • Create, using the appropriate tools, a follow-up maintenance ticket, calculating the impact of operations.
  • Notify all customers who will be impacted by respecting the notice periods and the performing window.
  • Negotiate cancellations or postponements of maintenances, at the customer's request.
  • Ensure good customer maintenance contacts in the database and its updating
  • Be the owner of Planned works email box and manage the communication internal and external.

Take Charge of the assessment and verification of risks and impacts on the existing environment

  • Coordinate operations between different entities of Orange Wholesale ¦ STRENGHS OF THE OFFER

About You

¦ SKILL

  • Ensure clear and precise customer communication
  • Ability to work across departments and across cultures
  • Know how to take a step back and analyze data
  • Be able to make proposals
  • Use office software Word, Excel, Access
  • Know how to synthesize and report
  • Know how to manage priorities and work independently.
  • A knowledge of telecom transmission network would be a appreciate.
  • Knowledge of SDH , DWDM , Optical fiber , IP networking will have a strong preference
