As we expand our product assortment and brand partnerships, we are looking for an Associate Category Manager to help drive category growth, optimize assortment, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Category Manager who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about retail and e-commerce. You will work closely with vendors, brands, marketing, merchandising, operations, and supply chain teams to manage category performance, improve product assortment, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing category strategy to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Conduct market research and track industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with vendors and brands for product listings, pricing updates, and inventory management.
• Support onboarding of new brands and maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure product catalog accuracy including descriptions, pricing, and product information.
• Monitor product performance and recommend assortment improvements.
• Track competitor pricing and support promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Analyze category performance metrics such as sales, margins, sell-through, and inventory turnover.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, operations, and supply chain teams.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Good communication and vendor management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup or retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in E-commerce, Fashion, Retail, Marketplace, or D2C brands
• Familiarity with category management, merchandising, or buying functions
• Experience working with vendors, brands, or supplier networks
• Knowledge of inventory planning and pricing strategies
