About Your New Role:

• Make outbound calls to existing Kickcash users to explain ongoing offers.
• Guide users step-by-step on completing offers and earning cashback.
• Handle user queries related to offers, payments, and app navigation.
• Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.
• Collect and record user feedback to improve app experience.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, conversions, and engagement.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow company communication guidelines.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months–2 years in telesales, customer support, or call center roles.
• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
