Having sold over 2 million units and served 1 million happy customers, CURRYIT is in an exciting phase of growth — scaling rapidly across quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto, as well as Amazon, BigBasket, and own D2C website.

About the role:

We are looking for a hands-on Associate - Business Operations to join our Operations team. This role manages the end to end supply chain for the brand and is critical in our day-to-day business — from ensuring prompt and proper order fulfillment  to our product availability across all channels. Stock availability on quick commerce and marketplace platforms directly drives revenue. The role makes sure this availability never slips — by coordinating with internal teams, logistics partners, and channel stakeholders every single day. This makes the role critical to CURRYiT's growth.

What You Will Do:

D2C Business:

  • Daily processing of our website orders and dispatching them on time in coordination with the warehouse team.
  • Ensure courier partners follow service level agreement and escalate whenever there are deviations. 
  • Manage customer complaints and grievances and make sure they are resolved promptly.
  • Track and continuously improve key metrics like orders per day, logistics cost, return rates, and delivery performance.

Marketplace & Quick Commerce Platforms:

  • Process purchase orders from various platforms with prioritization based on stock, city - SKU level urgency, and delivery timelines.
  • Communicate dispatch plans with necessary documentation to the warehouse team to expedite shipments.
  • Liaise with platform stakeholders and logistics partners to align PO delivery and appointment booking.
  • Weekly and monthly reconciliation of delivery confirmations.
  • Weekly review of sales and inventory reports to flag and solve for any discrepancies. 

General Responsibilities:

  • Work with vendors to procure packaging materials and consumables within timelines and at the best cost.
  • Record all activity — POs, shipments, deliveries, GRNs — in our internal system accurately and in real time.
  • Maintain and update MIS reports for tracking and decision-making.
  • Always keep cost efficiency and monthly targets in mind across all tasks.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Educational Qualification: Any graduate
  • Good communication — both written and spoken, for working with internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Strong MS Excel and Google Sheets skills — you will work with data every day.
  • Persistence and attention to detail — accuracy in data, processes, and follow-ups is essential for the business.
  • Customer-first mindset — you genuinely care about getting it right for the customer.
