Associate Business Manager - Meesho Grocery

Key Deliverables

1. Own category P&L and drive performance aligned with business targets.
2. Strategize and execute growth plans through assortment, pricing, and promotions.
3. Analyze consumer behavior and competition to identify category gaps and trends.
4. Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and other teams to drive execution.

Role Responsibilities

1. Manage merchandising, pre-season and in-season assortment planning.
2. Drive revenue and gross margin goals across relevant categories.
3. Plan and implement visibility and promotional strategies to grow customer basket size.
4. Leverage data and insights to solve problems and enhance category performance.
