Associate Business Finance-FP&A (2+yr) CA

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Finance Associate to partner with business stakeholders and provide financial insights, analytics, and decision support to drive business performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business performance reports, MIS, and dashboards for key stakeholders.
• Analyse business performance, historical trends, and variance against budgets/forecasts to identify key drivers and opportunities.
• Conduct deep dives into business KPIs and provide actionable financial insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with business teams to identify and implement initiatives to improve revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Co-own the TMRW planning, budgeting, and forecasting process in partnership with the FP&A team.
• Build dynamic financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support decision-making.
• Translate financial data into clear recommendations and effectively communicate insights to business leadership.

Ideal Candidate

• CA with 4+ years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Financial Planning, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, D2C, fashion, or consumer businesses would be an advantage.
