Purpose of the Position :
To identify business opportunities and implement the required targets/measures to successfully market products of CAD in India country cluster and to provide technical support to customers besides identifying and actively facilitating growth opportunities for the business
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for maintaining existing business, identifying & developing new business opportunities and implementing the required measures to successfully market products of CAD in India country cluster.
- Responsible for development and implementation of sales strategies within the BL.
- Achievement of sales targets by implementing strategies Management of business intelligence, marketing activities and market communication for Indian region to ensure consistent promotion of value of products and services to support business growth for the business line CAD.
- Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Company's customers in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies.
- Responsible for developing strategy for penetration of key accounts & strategic future market segments.
- Active participation for identifying M&A targets and cooperation opportunities.
- Define and manage the monthly and annual sales objectives with proper sales forecasting.
- Responsible for pursuing and achieving the targets / goals for the responsible region. Being capable to manage and expand specialty products which are highly technically and in need of explanation.
- Active Participation for Distribution Management and act as a red cap for India distributor.
- Potential of handling regional projects which have a strategic importance.
Education & Experience required :
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of work experience in the relevant industry.
