Associate, Business Development

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for UrbanWrk's managed office space solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to kickstart their career in business development.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Prospecting

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking
• Conduct cold calling drives to generate new business leads and set up client meetings
• Build and maintain a database of buildings across target micro-markets, mapping stacking plans to track available inventory and prioritize outreach around upcoming vacancies

Client Engagement & Solutioning

• Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations to showcase our managed office space solutions
• Understand clients business requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs

Sales Execution & Reporting

• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports as required
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics

Continuous Growth

• Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Enthusiasm for sales and business development
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Self-driven, proactive approach to business development with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications
• Comfort reading occupancy/stacking plans to track center-wise seat and cabin availability.
