At StrongYes Media, we're building a new-age media platform at the intersection of careers, leadership, AI, and the workplace, and we're looking for an entrepreneurial-minded person to help us monetise it effectively.
This is not a traditional sales role.
This is for someone who wants to build revenue from ideas by creating the right value proposition.
What You'll Actually Do
Build corporate partnerships and employer branding revenue
Sell leadership interviews, research reports, and content-led campaigns
Work closely with the editorial to turn ideas into monetisable IPs
Create industry–academia partnerships and special initiatives
Spot new revenue opportunities across the website and newsletters
Own targets, build a pipeline, and close deals
You're probably a good fit if
You have 1 to 5 years in media sales, partnerships, employer branding, or startup BD
You sell concepts and relationships, not just ad inventory
You're comfortable pitching to founders, CHROs, and senior leaders
You think like an owner, not an executor
You're sharp, curious, and commercially hungry
You're genuinely interested in media, careers, and the future of work
