We're hiring: Associate Business Development Manager

Location: Delhi, India

Work Mode: Remote

Shift: Late-night hours aligned with Canadian BC time zone

We are looking for a proactive and organized Associate Business Development Manager to support our Canada-based sales team. This is a remote role ideal for someone who enjoys sales coordination, client communication, follow-ups, and administrative support.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with daily coordination and follow-ups
• Make outbound calls and engage with leads when needed
• Maintain and update CRM records
• Assist with presentations and reports
• Coordinate meetings and support client communication
• Ensure accurate documentation and data management

What we're looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience in sales or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working late-night hours in alignment with Canadian BC timings
• Basic CRM knowledge
• Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive, confident, and quick to learn
• Experience in a similar admin + sales support role
• Ability to handle client conversations independently
