Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and promoting the clinic's child development and therapy services. The role focuses on expanding the clinic's network through collaboration with schools, hospitals, NGOs, clinics, doctors and healthcare providers while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

ؠClient Identification & Lead Generation

Identify potential clients, including schools, doctors, healthcare providers, residential associations, and NGOs.

Generate new business leads through outreach, referrals, and local networking.

Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.

ؠPromotion & Sales

Promote clinic services such as Ayurveda-integrated ABA Therapy, IBAO Training Programs, and other therapy programs.

Develop sales presentations and conduct service demonstrations.

Represent the clinic at community events, exhibitions, and professional gatherings.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly and yearly sales targets, contributing to overall clinic growth.

ؠMarket Research & Strategy

Conduct market research to identify trends, community needs, and competitor offerings.

Analyse client feedback and local data to improve service alignment.

Provide market insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.

ؠRelationship Building & Client Retention

Build and maintain professional relationships with NGOs, schools, doctors, and healthcare professionals.

Offer ongoing support to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.

Address inquiries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.

Educate families about early intervention, child development programs, and therapy options.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

ؠReporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and activities using CRM systems.

Prepare periodic sales reports and performance summaries for management.

Coordinate with internal teams (therapists, admin, and marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and healthcare providers.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of child development and therapy services is an advantage.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Master's Degree (Required).

Experience: Minimum 1 years in business development (Required), preferably in healthcare or therapeutic setting.

Language: English (Required).

Willingness to travel: Up to 50% (Preferred).
