Associate Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Install configure and maintain Windows Server environments
• Manage Active Directory Group Policies DNS and DHCP services
• Perform server patching upgrades and security hardening activities
• Monitor server performance availability and capacity utilization
• Administer IIS web servers and related Windows services
• Manage user accounts permissions and access controls
• Configure and support backup recovery and disaster recovery solutions
• Troubleshoot server network and application related issues
• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts
• Collaborate with infrastructure security and application teams to ensure stable operations
