We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Associate to join our Partnerships & Branded Content team. This role is crucial in expanding Edstead's collaborations with leading brands by identifying new partnership opportunities, initiating contact with key decision-makers, and laying the foundation for strategic alliances.
Responsibilities
- Initial Engagement - Establish first contact with prospective partners.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis - Stay updated on industry trends, brand marketing strategies, and content collaborations to identify potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams - Work closely with the creative team and partnerships team to align outreach strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, or a similar role (preferably in media, advertising, or branded content).
- Strong research skills to identify and evaluate potential brand partners.
- Excellent communication skills - confident in reaching out to senior professionals via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach - comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Good organisational and data management skills to track outreach efforts systematically.
- A background in media agency, advertising and platform is preferred.
- Passion for media, advertising, and brand storytelling is a plus!
