Job Description

Supertails is India's fastest-growing pet care platform, offering products, pharmacy,

clinics and at-home vet services under one trusted ecosystem. We're building a brand that

handholds pet parents through every stage of their journey with reliability, empathy, and

expert-led care at the core.

We're looking for a high-ownership, insight-led Brand Performance & Creative Ops

professional who can translate data into creative decisions, run a sharp creative refresh

engine, and align Brand Creative Performance for high-impact storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Campaign Performance

Track brand campaign metrics across Meta, Google, YouTube & CRM to identify wins,

fatigue, and audience shifts. Convert performance signals into actionable feedback for Brand

& Creative to keep campaigns efficient and insight-led.

  • Creative Refresh & Ops

Own the refresh cadence for brand assets and maintain a live tracker of all creatives, their

performance, and upcoming refresh needs. Ensure strong planning and alignment with

Creative + Performance teams for smooth production.

  • QC & Creative Governance

Run QC on all brand creativeslanguage, tone, compliance, category guidelines. Build

checklists, workflows, and automation to reduce errors and improve creative turnaround

time.

  • Creative Insights

Publish weekly insights on what formats, hooks, and messaging are working. Build and

maintain Supertails internal What Works Creatively playbook to guide future campaigns.

  • Brand Tracking & Research

Lead monthly brand health dips and quarterly brand tracking. Use brand awareness,

consideration, perception and competitive signals to influence upcoming brand and creative

decisions.

  • Daily Brand Sentiment Intelligence

Monitor daily conversations across social, influencers, reviews, and community platforms.

Share structured insightspain points, praises, unmet needswith Product, Category,

Retention, Creative & Growth teams.

Ideal Background

Brand marketing, creative strategy, performance insights, or creative project management

(agency or brand side). Strong with numbers, great with structure, and comfortable in

high-velocity environments.
