About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Associate Brand Manager who lives and breathes Social. You will drive the brand's digital presence through content creation, influencer marketing, and PR, ensuring campaigns are on-trend, culturally relevant, and highly engaging, while shaping our brand voice and bringing fresh ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Creation:
- Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Create engaging content - visuals, copy, and storytelling - aligned with brand voice.
- Understand grid aesthetics and craft eye-catching, viral-worthy content in-house.
- Manage monthly content calendars and reporting.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, shortlist, and manage micro/ macro influencers & UGC creators.
- Negotiate partnerships, manage briefs, and oversee end-to-end campaign execution.
- Track performance, optimize ROI, and leverage influencer-generated content (UGC).
Collaboration & Operations:
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, and product teams to execute campaigns.
- Manage reporting, tracking, influencer orders, and vendor coordination for in-house shoots.
- Ensure timelines, content calendars, and campaign deliverables are on track.
Requirements:
- 13 years experience in social media, influencer marketing, or brand management.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms, and content formats.
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for visuals and content.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
Nice to Have:
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, PR, Digital Marketing, or related fields, with a passion for fashion.
- Exposure to paid social and digital campaigns.
