Job Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Execution:

  • Assist in executing brand campaigns aligned with overall business objectives
  • Support the development of brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice
  • Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all touchpoints

2. Campaign Management:

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer, offline)
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies for timely delivery of campaigns
  • Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets

3. Content & Communication:

  • Collaborate with creative teams on content development (ads, social media, website, etc.)
  • Review content to ensure brand alignment and quality
  • Support copy development and storytelling initiatives

4. Market & Consumer Insights:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Analyze consumer behavior and trends to inform brand decisions
  • Track brand performance metrics and prepare reports

5. Influencer & Creator Collaboration:

  • Support identification and onboarding of relevant creators/influencers
  • Coordinate campaigns and manage relationships
  • Track performance and ROI of influencer activities

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product, growth, sales, and design teams
  • Ensure brand consistency across product launches and customer experience
  • Act as a bridge between marketing and other teams

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer behavior
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and insights
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (social media, performance marketing basics)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
