Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Video Production Associate with a strong foundation in video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop compelling concepts, execute high-quality video production, and enhance content through dynamic editing and animation. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all visual content, including videos, photos, and animations, aligns with our brand's vision and communication objectives.

This role offers a unique opportunity to grow in the fields of video production, photography, and animation, while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Concept Development & Storyboarding: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with our brand's voice and objectives.
  • Content Optimization: Adapt content for different B2B platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring it meets each platform's technical specifications and audience needs.
  • End-to-End Video Production: Oversee video shoots for various formats, including product videos, brand videos, expert talk videos, employee testimonials, and event coverage. Ensure smooth operations in Pre-Production, Shoot, and post- production, and collaborate with all involved teams to execute visual concepts that align with the brand.
  • Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for various platforms, ensuring that visuals and sound are in sync.
  • Motion Graphics Creation: Design and animate visually compelling graphics, titles, lower thirds, and transitions using tools like After Effects or similar software.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, design) to ensure the video and photo content aligns with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Expertise:

Required Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Media, Design, Photography, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with video production and photography in corporate settings.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, mainly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Podcast.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with an ability to work in a team environment.
  • Solid understanding of visual content for various platforms, including social media, web, and print.
  • Ability to manage and execute urgent production (Photo/Video) timelines from start to finish.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficient in handling cameras and lighting for both photography and videography
  • An engineering background is an added advantage, especially for technical understanding.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for video production (video editing, visualization, SFX Etc.)
  • Understanding of current video and photography trends in the B2B digital marketing space.
