Role/ Job Title: Associate - Branch Operations
Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking Operations
Job Purpose: To sustain better client servicing by way of exhibiting superior service delivery for Trade /GBO/CMS/KYC products and using banking expertise to support Business. To provide timely support to all business & external stakeholders and to manage their requirements, which should be in tandem with internal process guidelines. To assist and support Leads & Team Manager to achieve organisational goals as per KPI. To avoid any financial and reputational risk of the bank.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle daily operations involving Trade Finance, GBO, CMS, Clearing ,KYC with respect to Branch's process. Proper mainatenance of inventories and branch registers.
- Responsible for ensuring quick turn-around time and error-free processing of transactions.
- Responsible for attending customer calls/queries while ensuring their expectations are met.
- Performing the daily reconciliation of internal suspense account/transactions processed during the day.
- Demonstrating good product understanding and process knowledge while interacting with customers.
- Ensuring basic hygiene of operations at branch interms of Customer Service, Record keeping & Audit.
- Highlighting/Suggesting changes in processes , ideas in the areas of automation.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's in Any Stream
Experience: 36 Years of experience in Banking with a good understanding of General banking operations/KYC/Trade Finanace/CMS.
