Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at Bombay Juris Law Offices, based in Mumbai. The Associate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing various agreements, contracts and transactional documents, conducting legal research, drafting legal opinions, and providing advisory services to clients. The role also involves reviewing contracts, handling client communications, and assisting in negotiations while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with legal research, legal drafting, and analytical thinking
• Excellent knowledge of banking & finance, general corporate and commercial, or M & A practice areas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and legal documentation
• Ability to analyze contracts and provide sound legal advice
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently
• Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting legal texts
• Membership with the Bar Council of India
• LLB or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
• Knowledge of RBI and SEBI regulations
