Associate / Sr. Associate (Consumer & Retail Consulting)

Location: India (Delhi / NCR preferred)

Practice: Management Consulting Consumer & Retail

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate / Sr. Associate to support consulting engagements by driving analysis, building insights, and contributing to client deliverables in the Consumer & Retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Problem Solving & Analysis
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis
• Build financial models, business cases, and data-driven insights
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical components Client Delivery
• Develop high-quality presentations and reports
• Support development of recommendations and implementation plans • Work closely with Managers to deliver on client expectations Execution Support
• Track project milestones and manage workstreams
• Coordinate with client teams for data and inputs

Preferred Experience

2.5 years of experience in:

Consulting OR Consumer / Retail industry roles (strategy, category, analytics)

Exposure to:

• Market research
• Business analysis
• Data handling Core Skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to synthesize data into insights
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication

Education

• Graduate / MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute
