Job Responsibilities
1. Data Processing work

. Check data for error and amendments.

. Data clean- up and revision.

. Link data to staff in- charge for target monitoring.

. Provision of figures to stakeholders & management.

2. Project management operations of new and existing implementations

. Customer list updates for new staff in- charge (staff turnover, organization reshuffle).

. Daily reporting for balance figures and transaction.

. Database reports maintenance for all reports published.

3. Contribution towards Operational Excellence

. Developing reports with new requirements for other stakeholders within department.

. Contribution towards refining Profit projection / management.

. Automation for operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
2-3 years professional experience in data analysis or in a similar role.
Candidates with strong experience in automation , reporting & data processing will be highly regarded.
Proficient in Microsoft office Suite ( Especially Advanced Excel, Pivot, VBA Macro and Power Query/ Power BI).
Experience in using RPA will be advantageous.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills.
