Role Description

The Firm is looking for lawyer in the banking practice, and the candidate should have prior experience working in law firm :

a.     Undertaking title search reports, legal audits for banks

b.      Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan documentation for corporate and retail banking transactions, drafting of project financing documents

c.     Conducting title searches and due diligence for secured lending and property-backed transactions

d.     Performing legal audits to ensure compliance with RBI, and other regulatory frameworks

e.     Advising on banking law, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.

The candidate shall contract drafting, analyzing regulations, and preparing legal documents.
