Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate / Assistant Professor in Hospitality & Tourism Management, based in Raipur. The role involves designing and delivering course content, mentoring students, conducting research, and supporting curriculum development in the field of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Responsibilities include maintaining academic excellence, publishing research, organizing academic events, and collaborating with industry professionals to enhance learning experiences. The position also requires active participation in administrative duties related to the department and university.

• Extensive knowledge in Hospitality Management (education Sector)
• Skills in curriculum development, academic research, and instructional delivery
• Ability to mentor and guide students in academic and professional development
• Experience in organizing workshops, seminars, and academic conferences
• Strong written and verbal communication proficiency
• Proven ability to collaborate with peers and extend academic and industry networks
• Ph.D. in Hospitality (Food production only)
• Relevant teaching or industry experience is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in integrating technology-based teaching methods
