Job Description

Manage and optimize the performance of assigned property portfolios.
Support the development and implementation of asset management strategies.
Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports on asset performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting and forecasting.
Leading value creation projects across various portfolio companies
Managing key relationships with portfolio companies
Monitor market trends and provide insights for investment decisions.
Engage with stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and address queries.
Identify opportunities for value enhancement and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate - Asset Management should have:

A degree in finance, real estate, or a related field.
Proven knowledge of property and asset management within the real estate sector.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Ready to work in USA timings
