JOB TITLE: IAM Architect

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Entra ID Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will drive secure identity strategies, enforce governance, and ensure robust access controls aligned with organizational security standards.
Key Responsibilities- Architecture & Design
- Architect and design comprehensive IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID across enterprise environments, including cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
- Define secure configurations, identity lifecycle management processes, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Policy & Governance
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
- Drive implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and centralized identity governance frameworks.
- Promote security awareness and ensure IAM adoption across business units.
- Implementation & Integration
- Lead end-to-end IAM solution implementations, including integration with enterprise applications, directories (AD/LDAP), and cloud platforms.
- Ensure seamless identity federation and single sign-on (SSO) capabilities.
- Risk Management & Incident Resolution
- Investigate and resolve complex IAM-related issues and incidents.
- Conduct in-depth risk assessments and vulnerability analysis related to identity threats.
- Design and implement mitigation strategies to strengthen identity security posture.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with emerging IAM trends, Microsoft Entra enhancements, and regulatory requirements.
- Recommend improvements to existing IAM frameworks for scalability and resilience.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) architecture and implementation
- Hands-on experience with MFA, PAM, SSO, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Hybrid Identity models
- Experience in IAM lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes)
- Understanding of zero trust architecture and security best practices
- Ability to handle incident management, risk assessment, and remediation planning
