We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Architectural Draftsman / Architectural Designer with
34 years of professional experience in handling
USA-based architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing
Construction Documents (CD Sets), Permit Sets, and Working Drawings, and be proficient in industry-standard software.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 34 years of experience in architectural drafting/design.
- Proven experience working on USA projects.
- Strong knowledge of CD Sets, Permit Drawings, and Working Drawings.
- Proficiency in:
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with BIM coordination.
- Familiarity with US building codes (IBC, ADA, zoning regulations, etc.).
- Knowledge of rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, etc.).
- Experience working with remote/international teams
