Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead/Team Lead Network Operations with 15+ years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC), Service Delivery, and Enterprise Infrastructure Management, supporting globally distributed network infrastructures, backbone and datacenter connectivity, and business-critical enterprise networks across multiple geographic regions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Cisco, Juniper/BTI, Dell, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Silver Peak, and Cisco Viptela SD-WAN technologies, with advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS (L2/L3 VPN), VRF, IPsec VPN, routing, switching, network security Fortinet, Palo Alto and WAN technologies.
The role involves providing technical leadership for enterprise network operations, including proactive monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, incident and problem management, carrier coordination, outage restoration, change implementation, circuit provisioning, and maintaining high service availability within a 24x7 operational environment.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in Major Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), performance optimization, and operational governance, while ensuring SLA compliance and exceptional customer experience.
Strong proficiency in Network Performance Monitoring (NPM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and CRM platforms, including SolarWinds, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, and Salesforce, is required.
The role demands close collaboration with engineering, service delivery, vendors, and customers to drive continuous improvement, automation, process standardization, audit compliance, knowledge management, and team mentoring.
Preferred Certifications Include CCNA, CCNP, CCDA.
SD-WAN, Network Security, or equivalent industry certifications considered an added advantage.
