Responsibilities

Analyze and map client functional requirements against available software features to support solution design
Prepare customization specifications and collaborate with developers to implement tailored solutions
Install, configure, and test software systems in client environments to ensure operational readiness
Execute data conversion activities to migrate client data accurately and efficiently
Provide day-to-day software support to client users, resolving issues and enhancing user experience
Collaborate effectively with local and offshore teams to deliver projects on time and within scope

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
Experience (0-3 years) in application consulting, systems implementation, or IT advisory roles
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System, SQL scripting, and programming skills
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex requirements into practical solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Customer service orientation with effective client handling skills
Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within team environments
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Willingness to learn and develop expertise in new technologies and consulting practices
