Associate Analyst

Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Assist in preparing business performance reports and presentations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

Support senior analysts in research, reporting, and analytical projects.

Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with different departments to gather business requirements.

Automate routine reporting tasks wherever possible.

Maintain proper documentation of reports, datasets, and analytical processes.

Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders.

Support process improvement and business optimization initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., BBA, B.Com, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.

Understanding of data analysis, data cleaning, and reporting.

Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.

Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.

Good time-management and problem-solving skills.
