What You'll Do
This role is expected to -
Manage endtoend campus and internship hiring aligned with workforce plans, including metrics tracking.
Coordinate interviews, ensure smooth candidate experience, and support preonboarding through joining.
Deliver consistent new joiner onboarding, inductions, and engagement initiatives.
Maintain hiring data, reporting, and drive process improvements across recruitment and onboarding.
Campus & Internship Hiring:
Plan and execute campus hiring initiatives in line with annual workforce plans
Manage endtoend internship hiring including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding
Track campus and internship hiring metrics such as pipeline health, conversions, and joins
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
Coordinate facetoface and virtual interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
Ensure smooth interview logistics including scheduling, communication, and followups
Work with TAC and HRBP to support preonboarding processes from offer acceptance to date of joining
Keep offered candidates warm through regular engagement, updates, and checkins
Address candidate queries related to documentation, joining formalities, and timelines
New Joiner Experience & Employee Engagement
Plan and coordinate new joiner welcome kits and firstday readiness activities
Organize and facilitate new joiner connect sessions with HR leader
Ensure a consistent and welcoming onboarding experience for all new hires
Support engagement events eg Kudos week, Cook for cause
Campus & Lateral Induction Programs
Design, plan, and execute structured induction schedules for campus and lateral hires
Coordinate induction sessions with HR, business leaders, and functional stakeholders
Ensure timely communication of induction schedules to new joiners
Collect feedback from participants to continuously improve induction effectiveness
Reporting & Process Excellence
Maintain accurate data in ATS and HR systems for hiring and onboarding
Prepare reports and dashboards on campus hiring, internship programs, onboarding, and inductions
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance candidate and new joiner experience
Support forecasting exs as needed
Qualifications
MBA
2-4 Years
Skills
Proficient in microsoft excel
ATS and HR systems proficiency (data accuracy, tracking, reporting)
Excellent program planning and exceution skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Candidatecentric mindset with high attention to experience and engagement
Excellent coordination, planning, and timemanagement abilities
Relationshipbuilding skills with UR,TAC partners, hiring managers, and HR teams
Problemsolving and processimprovement orientation
Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment'
