Role & responsibilities

Recruitment Operations & Coordination

  • Manage and maintain a high volume of hiring requisitions with accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities, including candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and recruitment-related documentation.
  • Support recruiters and hiring teams throughout the hiring lifecycle to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Assist with internal mobility and promotion processes by coordinating approvals, documentation, and system updates.

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and internal talent databases to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters to support sourcing strategies for critical and high-volume hiring requirements.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruiting records through timely data entry, audits, and system updates.
  • Ensure data integrity across applicant tracking systems and HR platforms.
  • Generate and analyze recruiting reports, metrics, and status updates to support hiring decisions and workforce planning activities.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to ensure recruiting activities are executed efficiently and aligned with established processes.
  • Provide responsive support and excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Education & Certifications required:

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources with a focus on:
  • Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
  • High-volume hiring
  • Employment practices
  • EEO and compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in recruiting, employment, high-volume hiring, EEO, and compliance.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse and cross-functional teams.
