Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated fresher to join as a Trainee Sterling Integrator Support Analyst. The candidate will assist in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IBM Sterling B2B Integrator / Managed File Transfer (MFT) environments.

Key Responsibilities (Fresher Level)

• Monitor and support IBM Sterling B2B Integrator / Sterling File Gateway environments
• Assist in troubleshooting failed file transfers, mapping errors, and connectivity issues
• Work with logs and dashboards to identify root causes
• Assist in testing integration workflows, map changes, and small configuration changes in staging/pre‑production.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Be available for shift/rotational (24/7) support as per project requirements.

Candidate Profile (Freshers)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline.

Skills & Knowledge

• Ability to work with MS office products such as Excel, Word etc.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and databases (SQL queries) is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret logs, error messages, and configuration files.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to follow structured troubleshooting steps.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and resolve technical queries

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts/weekends) to support global clients
