The individual will work with the Procurement team globally to collects pricing and other key information from Ecolab suppliers to support price change decision backing analytics.This position requires communication skills, collaboration, a natural orientation to process analysis and optimization.

Job Overview

As a Procurement Pricing Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to collect pricing and other key information from Ecolab suppliers, provide real-time price updates to support price change decision. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and operations, to ensure that pricing decisions are aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of price management process, collect and update pricing for raw material and contract manufacturing suppliers.
• Partnering with sourcing leaders to onboard new contract manufactures and raw material suppliers into preferred transparency processes.
• Manage pricing data and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor supplier performance and address pricing issues as necessary.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure ongoing collaboration and support.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline pricing management activities.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses as needed to support analytics and TDC Sourcing process.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain operations, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office suite with intermediate to advanced skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrable problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills, with good attention to detail
