This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Analyst in Equity Research, based in Delhi, India. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth financial analysis, evaluating companies for investment opportunities, and preparing detailed research reports. The role involves monitoring market trends, analyzing data to support strategic decisions, and staying updated on industry developments. Collaboration with other team members and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders will also be key aspects of this role.

• Strong skills in financial analysis, equity research, and company valuation
• Proficiency in data analysis, market trends assessment, and strategic decision support
• Exceptional report writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with financial modeling and advanced knowledge of spreadsheets
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CFA or CA are highly desirable
